The expansive deck affords ample space for dining and enjoying the sunrises and spectacular views of Broadcove. In early mornings I enjoyed the peacefulness of this site, accompanied by melodic birdsongs. The home is so tastefully and comfortably appointed, it Immediately felt like home to me. A significant advantage are the private access points to the water for kayaking or canoeing in quiet, nearly empty waterways. The view of the ocean is lovely and it was very quiet there. It is very close to the main house so not sure how private it would be if someone was staying at the main house at the same time especially since the window facing the main house has no shade. The kitchen is well stocked but wish they had some non stick pans. The listing states that there is a dishwasher but that is not accurate. There was none. It is a 10 - 15 minute drive to Moody's Diner. We did get takeout from there one night and used the grill for the others. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is very nice. Basic supplies of dish soap, papertowels, and even shampoo and bath soap were provided which was appreciated. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. ##### Lisa W.
