"Very disappointed with Hotels.com not notifying us of a 60euro cleaning fee imposed after a 1 night stay. There add also says theres a full size fridge and a dishwasher however no dishwasher and a small fridge. The quality of a accommodation was well below par.... not at all in line with same rated places. The lady that checked us in was lovely but the additional fees were ridiculous!!! Very very disappointing. "

"Really nice, clean and cosy apartment. 12 minute walk to the centre. It would be helpful if they left extra toilet paper, as well as bin bags for the guests to throw any extra rubbish. "

"Arrivés pour 18h, nous nous rendons à l'hôtel et non a la résidence pour le check in, appartement réservé sur Hotels.com pour 8 et pour une valeur de 156 euros, quelle stupéfaction lors de l'accueil avec la personne en place, elle nous demande de régler en PLUS 176.5 euros pour le ménage...(pour une nuit) prix incompressible et c'est comme ça sinon on peu aller voir ailleurs!!!! Apparemment c'était noté en 2ème page....on c'est bien fait avoir sur le coup là d'autant plus que l'appartement était...

"Warm, clean, close to the centre of Maria Alm, even closer to a supermarket. Great two weeks in an apartment that had every thing we needed. Not too long a walk to the ski lifts, but we left our skis in a depot to make the walk even easier. We didn’t have a car so an ideal location."

"Spotlessly clean large apartment in centre of Kaprun. Easy walk to the ski bus and a little further to the lifts. Parking right outside the apartment excellent communication with the owner who met us at the door although it has a keycode. Everything was first rate and we enjoyed the added luxury of the sauna. "This spacious chalet will not disappoint! Plenty of room for the entire family and has everything you need for a nice vacation. Easy to find, has a fully equipped kitchen and everything is modern. Covered parking and close to all the local towns of Kaprun and Zell Am See. Owner is very responsive and easy to reach for any questions. Has fantastic view of the mountains! "This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was perfect. It is an easy walk through the pedestrian free zone. The location is perfect. The bus stop is just a block away. The lake is two blocks away. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast room was large and very pleasant. The food was abundant and offered many choices. The check in was easy and the front desk people were very friendly and offered many suggestions regarding activities and sights to see. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Zelle am See again. It was such a great value. "
