I expected a staffed boutique hotel, especially given its confusing layout. We arrived at 6:00 p.m. and found no staff present. The four pages of check-in instructions were entirely in German, and the entrance we were directed to use was not working. This made getting inside and locating our room unnecessarily difficult.
I booked a studio suite so my daughter could sleep on the pull-out sofa, but no linens were provided. Since no staff were available to assist us, we had to take bedding from the main bed so she could use the sofa bed.
The hotel felt more like self-service accommodation than the boutique-hotel experience we expected. The restaurant was closed, which was not indicated when we booked through Expedia, and breakfast was mediocre. Overall, the lack of assistance, missing bedding and poor communication made this a very disappointing stay.

Das zweite Mal waren wir über Weihnachten zu Gast. Wieder ein toll weihnachtlich dekoriertes Haus vorgefundnden. Danke !!! Die vielen Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind super für einen Urlaub in grosser Gruppe. Die Lage mit Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge ist grossartig. Vollausgestattete Küche, grosser Esstisch für 10 Personen, Sauna, Skiraum. Besser geht's nicht !
