"the staff on the phone was most unhelpful when I asked where we were supposed to park as the hotel is on the road...we had to drive round 3 times with no directions until we happened upon an unobvious carpark......the staff were slow to greet us, only when I greeted them first ( as in hello on arrival and good morning at breakfast)...such a pity ...but the waited at dinner was brilliant (surname Morgan) funny and kind...."

Reception advised whatever was in the room drink or food was ours foc. Well, there was 2 large bottles of cider, 2 bags of crisps, good quality chocolate, artisan...
