"Stayed during a weekend skiing at Whakapapa. Very convenient location. Lady at check in very friendly & helpful. Lots of DVDs available to watch for a quiet night in. Bed comfortable, walls thin so could hear next room but not an issue & slept very well. Would definitely stay again"

"I loved it there. It was clean and tidy the staff was so kind to me and my partner. I just thought the games room down stairs needs a little bit of a upgrade with new table tennis bats and fix the foose ball tables but me and my partner loved the comfort in our room"

"Good and quiet surrounding, with a few cafes and bars around.
There is a spa pool available to use, just book it at the reception.
The check in and check out are easy. The location is good- easy access to Whakapapa Ski field and they also offer shuttle service to Tongariro with a fee.
