We loved the location, Spiral Restaurant and the communal gathering areas in the restaurant and bar. Everything was super clean, staff were capable and friendly. Additionally, the rooms are on the smaller side, and while the lovely windows offer nice natural light, they lack privacy since passersby can easily see inside. Very convenient for driving to Whakapapa ski field. Cosy bar and dining room for the evenings, and pleasant staff. Note for future guests, the bathroom is very small. Daily room service available if desired.
