Wir mussten 1h warten bis wir den Code zum Schlüsselkasten erhalten haben. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummern war niemand erreichbar. Das Geschirr war teilweise komplett ungespült mit Tomatensauce im Schrank. Die Ausstattung war sehr eingeschränkt. Es gab keine Handtücher für Hände und keine Handseife. Der Backofen hat 1,5 Stunden gebraucht bis er 180 Grad erreichte. Die Agentur verlangte 400€ Kaution. Man muss separat und nicht über Fewo zahlen. Het Turkse stoombad werkte niet. En typisch voor Belvilla, je stuurt een bericht en krijgt geen antwoord. Geen compensatie terwijl we net voor deze wellness het huis gekozen hadden. De accommodatie oogt in eerste instantie super, maar bleek verre van schoon, het speeltoestel i op diverse plaatsen doorgerot en dus voor kinderen levensgevaarlijk, stenen traptrede tussen overkapping en gazon zit volledig los en dus ook dat niet veilig, evenals een zware losliggende tegel op het muurtje van de overkapping waar kinderen op willen klimmen en zitten. Achterstallig onderhoud en gezien de hoogte van het eindschoonmaakbedrag kan het echt zuiverder. Op de grote slaapkamer beneden op de begane grond blijft ook bij zomerse temperaturen en de thermostaat op nul, de vloer erg warm/heet???? De omgeving is prachtig en je kunt in korte afstand veel leuke doen ook met kleintjes.
