Das Haus ist sehr schön aber etwas alt. Wir mussten 1h warten bis wir den Code zum Schlüsselkasten erhalten haben. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummern war niemand erreichbar. Das Geschirr war teilweise komplett ungespült mit Tomatensauce im Schrank. Die Ausstattung war sehr eingeschränkt. Es gab keine Handtücher für Hände und keine Handseife. Der Backofen hat 1,5 Stunden gebraucht bis er 180 Grad erreichte. Die Agentur verlangte 400€ Kaution. Man muss separat und nicht über Fewo zahlen. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft recht gemütlich.

Het huis (inrichting, slaapkamers, keuken, woonkamer, sanitair, netheid) en omgeving zijn prima. De wellness is dan weer ondermaats. Sauna is verouderd en de banken zijn stuk. Het Turkse stoombad werkte niet. En typisch voor Belvilla, je stuurt een bericht en krijgt geen antwoord. Geen compensatie terwijl we net voor deze wellness het huis gekozen hadden. Ik ga niet meer via Belvilla boeken de volgende keer !! Geen service, nul, niks ... Lesje geleerd.

Aankomst werd vlot afgehandeld en konden direct na aankomst in het huis. De accommodatie oogt in eerste instantie super, maar bleek verre van schoon, het speeltoestel i op diverse plaatsen doorgerot en dus voor kinderen levensgevaarlijk, stenen traptrede tussen overkapping en gazon zit volledig los en dus ook dat niet veilig, evenals een zware losliggende tegel op het muurtje van de overkapping waar kinderen op willen klimmen en zitten. Achterstallig onderhoud en gezien de hoogte van het eindschoonmaakbedrag kan het echt zuiverder. Op de grote slaapkamer beneden op de begane grond blijft ook bij zomerse temperaturen en de thermostaat op nul, de vloer erg warm/heet???? De omgeving is prachtig en je kunt in korte afstand veel leuke doen ook met kleintjes.

Fridge does not work well and we threw away all the food because it did not get well. But all the worst was the contact with the persoon !! I have paid 52€ for 4 day for electricity (is too much ) and i was even not present when she take digits from electrisity .. So very dissapointed

Een mooi vakantiehuis met ruime en nette slaapkamers. De slaapkamers op de bovenste verdieping zijn niet gescheiden met een deur, je loopt vanaf de trap zo de kamer in. Dat is op zich niet erg, maar wel goed om te weten ivm privacy. De woonkamer is prima, wel wat donker (weinig licht inval). De keuken is ruim, de inventaris is wat rommelig. Maar wel voldoende servies en bestek. De tuin is heerlijk. Het grote overdekte terras met mogelijkheid om te bbq-en of vuur te stoken is erg fijn. Er is ook voldoende speelruimte.

Zeer mooie wandelingen te maken in de omgeving, verschillende mogelijkheden waaronder eentje rond het meer (de gele wandeling aanrader!). Huisje is tof en zeer mooi ingericht. Ligt in een woonwijk. Tegenover het huisje is een pizzeria. Let op de deur van sauna naar buiten is dicht, vraag om die open te doen. Slechts 1 frigo aanwezig, wees daarop voorzien, alsook wat weinig keukenmateriaal (vooral messen), best meenemen dus.
