The Panoramahof is located in one of Bavaria’s most beautiful holiday regions, in a quiet setting with a magnificent view of Lake Waging and the entire Alpine range—including the Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, and Chiemgau mountains. On our actively operated farm, with its many animals, guests of all ages can discover farm life. The nearby Lake Waging, the neighbouring Lake Taching, and the beautiful landscapes of Chiemgau and Rupertiwinkel offer numerous opportunities for a variety of activities and excursions in every season. Our cosy and comfortably furnished holiday apartments and guest rooms, along with the great outdoors surrounding the farm, allow you to find the relaxation and rejuvenation you’re looking for on your holiday. At the same time, the Panoramahof offers daily adventures and encounters with animals that can only be found on a farm, ensuring that every day is filled with play, fun, and new discoveries—especially for the children. Welcome to our spacious and charming luxury apartment on the farm! Here you’ll find a blend of modern comfort and rustic charm—perfect for a relaxing holiday surrounded by Bavarian nature.
With a generous 90 square metres of space, our apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom features a cosy double bed, while the children’s room is equipped with a bunk bed for 4 people—ideal for families or groups of friends.
The living area features hardwood floors, reclaimed wood furniture, and a cosy tiled stove that provides warm comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together and offers everything your heart desires, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
After an eventful day, relax in the infrared sauna or enjoy the magnificent view of the idyllic countryside from the east-facing balcony. In the bathroom, you’ll find everything you need, from a hair dryer to a towel warmer—there’s even a washing machine available.
For families with small children, we offer a comprehensive selection of baby gear so that even the little ones can feel right at home. And of course, towels and tea towels are already provided so you can travel lighter.

We invite you to discover the exciting world of country life! Here, your children can really let off steam, experience all kinds of adventures, and the adults can relax.
From helping out in the barn in the evening to feeding the cows and riding ponies—there’s plenty to discover here. Anyone who wants to can help take care of the many animals. Riding a tractor is, of course, an absolute highlight for the little adventurers! There’s plenty to experience away from the barn, too. Whether it’s a cosy campfire with bread on a stick, a barbecue under the open sky, or running around in our play barn—you’ll definitely never get bored here!
