Built in 1900, it combines the charm of the past with modern living comfort. <br>This cosy and bright 82 m² holiday rental features four ground-floor rooms as well as a terrace with a private garden, *garden furniture, a hammock, a grill area, numerous flowers and herbs, and a sunbathing area with a large walnut tree. <br>→ Note regarding our first review: *2 new sun loungers, replacing the lounge chairs.<br>2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, and the well-equipped, cosy kitchen ensure a relaxing stay for up to four people. <br>The furnishings—featuring unique solid wood furniture, a Swiss stone pine bed, and two wood-burning stoves—create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The holiday rental has its own entrance with a small porch. From there, the parking space is easily accessible. Starting in March '25, a WALLBOX for your electric car will be available in the courtyard. <br>Thanks to modern broadband internet access—available via cable or Wi-Fi—guests are well connected. This makes the holiday rental, for example, an ideal place for working from home.<br>The small farm is located on the Püggener Mühlenbach in the small village of Groß Gaddau, surrounded by meadows, fields, and wooded areas.<br>The landscape is gently rolling and densely forested. These idyllic surroundings are perfect for relaxing bike rides and long walks.
