Our three high-quality holiday apartments (45 to 70 m²) span two levels and feature modern design and first-class amenities. Each unit is individually named after an animal found in Cameroon:

• ******* Maison Marabu** (approx. 70 m², 2 levels)
• ******* Casa Cameroon Sheep** (approx. 45 m², 2 levels)
All apartments are fully and luxuriously equipped: dishes, fresh towels, and made-up beds are already waiting for you. A special highlight for anyone who enjoys cooking fresh, relaxing meals: A Thermomix TM5 is available in every apartment. Thanks to fiber-optic Wi-Fi, you’ll stay well-connected even in this idyllic setting.

The Kamerun holiday home is located in the heart of the UNESCO Elbe Biosphere Reserve. Observe storks, cranes, and beavers in their natural habitat. Our very own stork’s nest, which is regularly visited, offers a special spectacle.

Welcome to Villa Pavian—your spacious holiday home that combines modern luxury with an exceptional floor plan.
Spanning two levels and approximately 70 m², this is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway with the utmost comfort.

The ground floor – designer kitchen and bedroom:
On the ground floor, you’ll find the high-quality NEFF built-in kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired with its Thermomix TM5, dishwasher, and full range of appliances. Also on this level is the stylish bedroom with a large, comfortable double bed, as well as the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet.

The Upper Floor – Loft Atmosphere & Cosiness:
A special feature of Villa Pavian is the spacious living area on the upper floor. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the peaceful surroundings.
