Staff are great, keep your pets away from their garden. Id feel the same about my garden. Friendly and attentive staff. Cold ac in the 4 rooms I've had during my stays. Hassle free check ins. Fresh coffee in the lobby as promised. No bugs, clea n sheets and surfaces. House keeping does a great job. The price is decent if you're on a budget. We love woodway motel 6!

It’s clean but a bit run down in the bathroom, other areas are renovated. No shampoo and conditioner provided, nice if you have a dog as no pet fees. Although the neighborhood seems a bit sketchy they have bright floodlights everywhere and it seemed to be quite busy.

I want to say that we were in Waco for the weekend of Baylor graduation. There were NO open rooms anywhere and the very few I did see were at least 400 per night. We just needed a clean, safe place and that is what we got. Absolutely no frills but no musty smell and clean surroundings.

Pleasant stay for the eclipse. Just that people were smoking in non smoking rooms and not just cigarettes. But staff was very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again
