The front desk staff was the same person to check us in and out the next morning. She was very personable and nice. The room was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was fantastic. Breakfast was fresh and very good with lots of choices and plenty for all the guests. It was a great stay, will stay again for next year's visit to Waco.

Our stay here was excellent. Breakfast was good but the egg omelette wasn't, in my opinion, very good. Coffee was strong and good. Access to the hotel was good and getting around wasn't hard at all . We used Google maps. Parking was convenient and safe as well..great place with the kitchenette made it easier to save money on going out to eat..

The accommodations were all very nice and were an excellent value. The location was convenient for the purpose of the trip. I did not eat breakfast but coffee was readily available and the breakfast looked to be a better version than you typically would expect from a hotel at this price point. If in Waco again, I would definitely stay here again.

The sales director was fantastic. She made sure everyone at breakfast had everything they wanted and had more than the standard number of options for breakfast. Additionally, the rooms were beautiful and spotless. I chose a room away from the elevator, so it was nice and quiet.

1. I tried to check in 2 hours early. I have never been denied early check-in by any hotel I have been to. She said there are no king bed rooms ready. I told her I did not mind a room with 2 queens but I am going into a training from 2pm-8pm so I'd like to check in and freshen up. She said, no rooms at all were ready. Really? 2 hours before check-in, not 1 room ready? She offered no other options and was not sincere when she said she could not do anything for me. I asked if I could freshen up in one of the common area restrooms. She said ok but both were locked. Keep in mind....there are only about 6 cars in the parking lot. What are the chances that both restrooms are occupied by guests? Guests with their own restrooms inside their room? Made no sense whatsoever. 2. She told me she would call me when my room was ready...no call. 3. When I checked in at 8:30pm, the lady who checked me in was extremely sweet and helpful. However, during check-in, I am made to sign that I don't have a pet, I won't smoke and something else I don't remember. I get off the elevator onto my floor and immediately smell cigarettes all down the hallway. It started to improve the closer I got to my room thank goodness. But really? The smell was so abundant and obvious!! 4. Breakfast was pretty good but there was only quiche and boiled eggs. There were several people who wandered around looking for the scrambled eggs. I loved the quiche, even though it was overcooked, but, no basic scrambled eggs? Dumb!
