This hotel gets 9/10 because of only a couple of small minor inconveniences; firstly no TV remote in room (but I didn't need the TV so no issue), secondly the shower head was little loose meaning it was hard to get under the water. "Wonderfull place near skiareas in Poland and Check Rep. Rooms in the side building looks newly renovated, the breakfast I once and the reception staf, especially Katarzyna are simply fantastic and go out of her way to help ypui for a great stay :)"

"Breakfast very good. Service good. Can't ask for make omelet un breakfast. Very modern and look good. Jacuzzi water not really warm. I ask to check but noting changed. We had 3 rooms but all in far, from lobby, need walk in underground tunnel, that is cold ant not pleasant. I was expecting 1 or 2 rooms to be in main building. "
