Not worth coming ever back here. The rooms are minimum sized. The backyard not as charming as in the photos. The owner of the place taking photographs of the cars being electrically charged in order to write an extra bill to guests. Not recommending the place really.

So sorry that we could not fulfill your expectations this time. We have taken your feedback very serious and are now looking into all aspects to prevent something similar to happen again. We will try to explain some facts though, and hope that it will give you some more understanding. About the room: You had originally booked a room with another view at the other hotell Two Rivers Hotel, 2-3 minutes drive from the reception and restaurant, at the other end of the village. We changed the booking out from experience that most guests prefer to stay close to the dinner and breakfast service, in the village center. Our new unexperienced staff team did not know that you should have gotten the opportunity to choose hotel. Sorry about that. As soon as you let the team know that the room was too small, you got two single rooms for the same price as one double, without any extra cost.About charging of electrical cars:We are nowadays happy to be able to offer all guests with electrical cars the possibility to charge their batteries. The system is new for us and we have not yet put up information about the fee system on the charging poles. The system is fee based all over Sweden and we also inform all guests when checking in that there is a fee for all charge. Our fees are 75 SEK for up to 3 hours, and then 150 SEK for up to 6 hours. Or 5 SEK per kWh.About taking photos of the cars: Since the morning team did not have any information that there were guests that have booked electrical charging, and no one had paid, the staff team tried to find out who the cars belonged to. Not for the reason to bill extra, but to be able to check and charge the right owner the right fee. As said, the system is new to us and we are still figuring out how to manage it in the best way for the customers.Finally, we wish you a nice summer.Always welcome to Vuollerim!// Louise K LarssonCEO Manager
Amazing hotel! Friendly and very service minded staff. The rooms are a bit simple and outdated, but the ambiance makes up for it. We were served a great dinner at the hotel, even though we were the only guests having dinner that night.
We will definitely come back next time we are in the area!
Utrolig god service. Verten stiller opp med frokost, med både hjemmelaget syltetøy og appelsinjuice. Kunne ikke fått det bedre etter 13timer i bilen. Absolutt fantstisk. Rent og flotte rom også.
