Made us wait half an hour in th lobby and when I went to the desk to ask them what's the hold up they had forgotten us. Finally got to the room and it was not how it looked on the pics, small old and the shower barley worked. Went to the pool and some guy working there screaming at us for a ticket!! Went back to the desk and they had forgotten to give us a pool ticket. We went back and gave it to the rude monkey and asked where are the lay out chairs, he dragged over 1 chair with no cushion for 2 people.. Pool was dirty and they had a garden hose to shower off after. 1 towel in the room for 2 people. So many things, the maids yapping loudly right next to our room. The gym is a joke, 3 pieces of throw away rusted equipment outside. No elevator and a glass door jammed shut on the stairs locking us out of exiting had to bang on it tell the monkeys working there woke up and wedged it open, could of shattered.
