(755 reviews) I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel – the location, service, and overall atmosphere were excellent. However, I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because the gym was closed for renovation during my visit. For me, having access to a fitness facility was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, so it was a big disappointment. I understand renovations are necessary, but it would have been helpful to inform guests in advance or offer an alternative solution. Everything else was wonderful, and I would consider returning once the gym is available again.
