When my mother unfortunately experienced food poisoning, the team quickly provided fruits that were gentle on her stomach within minutes. We were genuinely touched by their care and responsiveness. Honestly, the level of service surpassed many five-star hotels we’ve stayed at. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary drinks and snacks, which immediately made us feel at home. There was also a lovely complimentary high tea from 2–5pm daily, served with the cutest tea sets — and the food was absolutely delicious. On our last day, the team even prepared a card and gifted us chocolates as a thank-you for staying. Such thoughtful gestures made the entire experience feel personal and heartfelt. Our family would like to express our sincere appreciation for the top-notch service at Silverland Sakyo Hotel & Spa. The staff were friendly, professional, and spoke excellent English.
