Somewhat walkable because the sidewalks were narrow and not well maintained. Decent dining options within walking distance. Far from city center and the sandy beach areas. Quiet except for a dog from a property next to the hotel barking all night thus preventing us from sleeping with the balcony glass door open to enjoy the sea breeze.
