However, I only managed to get barely warm water for the shower. The hotel is surrounded by the expat eateries, and is about 10-15 mins walk to the beaches. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and big. There was a walk in shower that had a rain shower with good pressure. Although many places were closed for the Tet holiday, there was a good selection of bars and restaurants in the area. We were pleasantly surprised when asked to pick a red envelope from the tree in the lobby. My friend received 50,000VND in her envelope and I received two beautiful ceramic plates.
