Villa With Swimming Pool In An Picturesque Istrian Village
- Spacious and beautiful house with a big swimming pool and garden is situated in a small, quiet place called Marasi, 8 km distant from Vrsar, 4 km from the first (rock) beach. Stancijeta Ulrihi consists of ground floor, first floor and the second floor. There is a lounge bar with chairs and a table, darts,.. on the ground floor. The first floor consists of a kitchen (fridge, gas stove and a coffee machine), living room with sofa bed for 1-2 persons and a fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a washing machine. There are 2 double bedrooms, living room, bathroom with shower. All floors have air-conditions. There is a big swimming pool (24 m2) with deck chairs and parasols in the garden. Private parking is in the garden.
