On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a bathroom. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms; two with a double bed and one with two single beds and a bathroom. The third bathroom is outside, so you can spend the whole day outdoors. Well, who wouldn't? Next to the pool there is a beautiful covered terrace with a dining area and a large charcoal grill for preparing and enjoying outdoor meals.the villa is located in Rovinjsko Selo, about 5 km from Rovinj. The entire coast with its 22 islands is a nature reserve.

The town is dominated by the baroque church of St. Euphemia, from whose tower you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the entire town.
