My rating is based on a few details the hotel could introduce that don’t require much work but go a long way. Example: a hook behind the bathroom door to hang clothes. There was not a single rack in the bathroom besides the heating one to hang a towel or a shirt or anything. The shower glass is a third of the bathtub so you end up showering so close to the shower wall is uncomfortable. The mattress and pillows were not good. They were lumpy and uneven, almost like sleeping on a hammock. On the plus side, staff was very helpful and the location fantastic. Would prob choose another hotel next time in Prague.

The hotel was awesome! Breakfast was delicious! The hotel was very beautiful and so was the room we stayed in, however my only concern was the shower was a little high to step out of and with the half wall that was near the shower head, a lot of water spills out when showering which makes it slippery as well. The washroom could also use a fan as well. Well located and staff was great to deal with.

Ça devrait être indiqué qu'il n'y a pas d'élévateur, quand l'appartement est situé au 4ieme étage, et que tu arrives avec des valises pour 18 jours, parce c'était le début de nos vacances ce n'est vraiment pas commode.
Sinon notre séjour à été agréable et le logement bien placé
