"Great location in the centre of Voss. Helpful staff. Free luggage store (unattended) was very useful as we arrived well ahead of check in time. Fantastic views from the room over the lake. Generous breakfast included in price. Room clean but in need of maintenance - several cracked floor tiles in bathroom (leaving sharp edges), broken TV cable and peeling paint on balcony."

The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. What impressed us most was the overall quality of service and the attention to detail. It was clear that the hotel takes its guests’ comfort seriously. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!"
