The whole feel of the hotel was amazing, lovely picturesque location.

We stayed in the Junior Suite. Room was very large, nice furnishings and bathroom, all clean. Only complaint was that it was a bit too dark during the day and that some things were broken/nearly broken, like the room’s door handle and one of the blinds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, both at reception, the breakfast service and the restaurant, which we both used. Friendly team. There is no air-con, and the day I arrived it was 30deg C! They made an effort to find me a fan for ventilation, well appreciated. Bar area and restaurant are very nice.

Very well organised, exceptionally clean, good food, very comfortable bed, room facilities excellent. What else can I say. I would stay there again. Hotel owners were very helpful and friendly. As short walk out into the village and then further across the bridge offers an excellent restaurant if you feel the need to get out.

Everything about the hotel was very high quality, enjoyed my stay there and the breakfast was superb! Would definitely stay there again, perhaps also take the kids along as the duplex rooms are very cosy yet playful, children would love it!

Beautiful hotel.

Enjoyed a two night stay with my family. We were really impressed by the standard of the rooms and the service offered from the staff. I have to say it was really good value too, especially the breakfast which was excellent both in terms of choice and quality.

Great hotel large but well run. Stayed here en route to Germany. Had a great splash in the pool before searching for kid friendly food in the local area. There is an Ikea in the retail park opposite that served a great cheap breakfast. We used the pool and this was nice to relax in after the long journey. Set of the next next thoroughly refreshed. Nice modern updated room. Easy access to the pool for the kids.

This was the perfect start to our road trip - the hotel was convenient and the below ground parking was a major plus. The reception feels large and airy and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern and there are great views from the rooftop terrace bar. It's only a short walk into the town, where there are plenty of options for eating and drinking. On reflection, Aachen really was a great kick-off point for our road trip. I'll be back!

Great stay - location fantastic, staff ever so friendly, apartment beautifuly furnished and toasting in the cold weather. The apartment overlooks the main square and the evenings are rung in with the gentle bells from the churches. What more could you ask for?

Customer service and food at dinner and breakfast were excellent. Bubbles on arrival was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this fabulous conversion of a historic church.

Everything was good, staff , clean rooms , beautiful area and very close to Carolus Thermen.

Handily located between the railway station and city centre with lots of places to eat within 5 minutes walk. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean, nicely designed bar area. Good WiFi, comfy bed with loads of pillows and effective blackout curtains. Shower is good but awkward to use if you want to keep your hair dry. Would happily stay here again
