"The room for 3 was very big. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was very clean. However on returning to our room we noticed room had a horrible smell! There was also a wet patch by the bin and a dubious stain on the carpet at the edge of the bed. Room could also have done with a shelf to put things on. Breakfast was however great with loads of choice and the staff were friendly and helpful."

"The area has so much to offer, from beautiful waterfront and riverside views to restaurants, cafés, shops, parks and entertainment. I also love the modern skyline and the mixture of city life and relaxing spaces around the docks. Another thing that makes the property stand out is how well connected it is. Canary Wharf has the Jubilee line, Elizabeth line and DLR, making it easy to travel around London. There are also plenty of things to do nearby, whether you want to go out for food, enjoy a walk by the water, visit the roof gardens or spend time at The O2. Overall, I think the location is what makes the property particularly unique — it combines modern city living, entertainment, convenience and beautiful waterfront surroundings all in one area."

"From arrival to departure the hotel staff were excellent - informative, helpful, cheerful with a can do attitude. The public areas of the hotel were consistently clean and very well maintained. Our room was lovely - well equipped with everything we needed for our two night stay. Toiletries, towels and bed linen were first class. The air conditioning and window blinds made for a very comfortable nights sleep. The hotel location, overlooking the Tower of London and adjacent to a great transport hub allowed for easy exploration of the city. Will certainly return."
