The house is located 1.5 km from Comiso, close to many outstanding sights and natural sceneries. Spacious and bright living room (about 120 m2) with marble floors, large windows overlooking the garden with swimming pool. Small outbuilding with kitchen, barbecue for professional grilling and large dining table. On the veranda an equipped fitness area. Small pool house with toilet and shower. Ideal location for exploring the area: The beautiful Unesco baroque towns of Ragusa superiore (20 km), Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli and Noto are easily accessible. 15 km to the beautiful sandy beaches of southeastern Sicily. 22 km the fishing village of Scoglitti with small marina and swimming beaches.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open April - end October.
