  • This vacation home with private pool is surrounded by a large natural plot with well-kept green lawns, palm trees, beautiful flowering plants, orange and tangerine trees. The house is located 1.5 km from Comiso, close to many outstanding sights and natural sceneries. Spacious and bright living room (about 120 m2) with marble floors, large windows overlooking the garden with swimming pool. Small outbuilding with kitchen, barbecue for professional grilling and large dining table. On the veranda an equipped fitness area. Small pool house with toilet and shower. Ideal location for exploring the area: The beautiful Unesco baroque towns of Ragusa superiore (20 km), Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli and Noto are easily accessible. 15 km to the beautiful sandy beaches of southeastern Sicily. 22 km the fishing village of Scoglitti with small marina and swimming beaches.
