"Spacious, beautiful, great amenities, Really well designed/appointed and comfortable. Loved our stay in the Echols suite - Historic, near downtown, short 1/2 hour drive to mile zero of magnificent Blue Ridge Highway! Only two negatives - the front slate walkway in need of repair or clean up - many loose pieces. Although access was secure and easy without onsite staff, two emails requesting early check-in/late checkout went unanswered. Do not know if other concerns would have been addressed....

"The place is super clean and the manager is so friendly! I only put a 4 for the amenities because the vent in our bathroom really doesn’t dry the moisture unless we leave the door open. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had never stayed in a bed and breakfast type place so we didnt know what to expect. The grounds are very beautiful, the hosts are so friendly and helpful. Fresh croissants which were amazing for breakfast. It was a good experience."
