150 m² terrace and private garden facing south/east.  
Parking on the property.  
Single-story: kitchenette opening onto the living room/dining room with sofa bed (140x190), 1 bedroom (160x200 bed) and adjoining shower room/toilet (door height 1.67 m).  
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, radio/CD player, baby bed/high chair on request.  
Included: Electricity, heating, and bed linens.  
Not included: Towels (€7/person), cleaning fee, and tourist tax.  
Pets upon request (€100 deposit).
