The staff was fluent in German, Italian and English and very friendly. The breakfast was great, as well as the dinner. Our room had two balconies, with a BREATHTAKING VIEW of the Dolomites. If you have not been to this area of the world, you MUST, and this hotel is a perfect place to take in the beauty of the mountains and peace and quiet of nature. Der Service ist bestens, wann immer man eine Frage hat, findet man ein offenes Ohr. Mehrmals am Tag wird man mit gutem Essen versorgt: Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt kaum Wünsche offen, am Nachmittag gibt es kleine Snacks und Kuchen, abends wird ein hervorragendes Mehrgänge-Menue aufgetischt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und neu renoviert, auf dem großen Balkon war ein privater Whirlpool und sogar eine kleine private Sauna. Deshalb haben wir das eher kleinere Hallenbad und den Wellness-Bereich des Hotels kaum genutzt.
