The WIFI was horrible and they didn't have power plugs with the universal shape only the Asian one... A construction noise started... it was like all the cliches of a bad hotel started to appear. Then we got to the bathroom and it was joke. The shower was so small i couldn't even fit in it and that was it. We paid for three nights in advance but we couldn't stay there. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend aber nicht besonders gut. Das Personal haben wir als nicht hilfsbereit empfunden und auch mit Englisch konnte man sich nur schwer verständigen. Auf ja keinen Fall beim Hotel einen Transport nach Pakse oder Luang Prabang buchen, diese kosten im Hotel ca. 40% mehr als direkt beim Anbieter. Die Transporte werden alle von der Firma D&K Travel durchgeführt, welche 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt das Büro haben.
