"Good hotel in a nice location on the Danube. A little out of town but there is public transport nearby and it is easy to get into town. It is also quite close to Prater, which is a huge public park with an area dedicated to a permanent amusement park. The outdoor space for eating and drinking is lovely, and the public areas and clean and well kept, although the interior bar area is a little small for the size of hotel. Very good, generously sized, clean and comfortable room, and housekeeping staff are helpful. Breakfast was hugely over-priced and looked madly busy so we ate elsewhere / bought breakfast from the store over the road. The pool is clean but quite small and is not heated. Refreshing if the weather is hot, probably quite chilly if it isn't. And it is closed if it is raining. The area around the pool is comfortable but again, small for the size of hotel. The spa is lovely and clean, and was calm when we were there. It is difficult to access any information about the hotel without having to ask staff. No in room info and the QR code only takes you to a general information page. So you have to ask about pool/spa opening times, where to get towels/robes etc. The negatives for this hotel are minor, and very much outweighed by the positives. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend."

"The only issue I had is that I booked a room facing the courtyard and got street-view instead...the staff said that even if it is written on the website it isn't sure until you check in. Lucky - the room is very sound proff and I was able to sleep very good despite the outdoor traffic... Other than that the hotel is amazing, great location and looks great."
