This house is ideal for enjoying relaxing family holidays on the Costa Brava! The property is 295m2 (1070m2 of land), and is distributed over 2 areas: Independent house + 4 apartments. It is possible to rent the house alone (6 people max), or combine it with one or more of the separate apartments (each has a capacity for 2 people). The villa has a maximum capacity of 6 to 14 people. In this unit we offer the house with 2 apartments, with a maximum capacity of 10 persons. In August, the house has to be rented with the four apartments included. The house offers a dining room (fireplace, TV), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, washing machine). It has 3 bedrooms; 2 double beds of 135x190cm and 1 double room (2 individual beds of 90x190cm) and 2 bathrooms with showers (1 of them is in the garage). There is an attractive garden with an enclosed swimming pool and built-in barbecue. Each apartment has 2 individual beds of 90x190cm, a kitchenette (microwave, fridge, electric stove) and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. Each apartment has access to its own private terrace. Also, there’s a shared washing machine for 4 apartments. Free-Wi-Fi. This house is only rented to families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. This residential area has a great private club, with tennis courts, swings for the children, swimming pools and a bar exclusively for clients. \- Sheets and towels are not included.
