 Barcelona. No villa shares anything with the other villa, each one has its own area, its own private pool, its BBQ, its exterior entrance, parkig, garden ... (They are only villas built sideways)

This air-conditioning stone-built house spread out over 2 main floors, offers along with house 2, all the convenience for large groups with its 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 1 large dining room for 23 people, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 cosy sitting room.   
  
The imposing private and enclosed yard around the house has plenty of outdoor amenities that will keep youngsters and adults busy any time of the day! You will discover close to the conservatory a large bathing area with a private swimming pool of 7x13m with sun loungers as well as a covered terrace that is ideal to enjoy the sun and freshen up at the same time.   
  
The fully equipped summer kitchen located inside the large screen conservatory next to the house with its covered terrace for 23 people and view to the pool area, will give you the opportunity to gather the entire group and enjoy a delicious barbecue.   
  
Moreover, kids and youngsters will surely appreciate the playground with slides, swings, tree huts and of course, the ping pong and the foosball tables! There is also a bocce ball court of 7x15m next to the swimming pool.

Una casa 10, cuidada al detalle como barandillas en las escaleras y tronas para los niños. Un menaje de cocina muy completo. 4 neveras para tener espacio suficiente en la época de verano al ser una casa para tantas personas. Recomendable al 100 %
