Handy location close to St. Marks Square yet away from the crowds. The staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived late in the evening and were in search of dining options. The front desk staff gave us a directions to a nearby restaurant that was still open. It was easy to have the hotel breakfast buffet which had a nice selection.

Did not realize that the lack of an elevator would be such a big deal but after walking for miles and being on the top floor was not something to look forward too. Stayed in room for breakfast and realized just a limited amount of items available, location was good for getting to St Marks, and not too bad getting to Realto bridge.
