"We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. "Very clean and modern property. Especially the Coba building. The food was surprisingly good. Easy to get Palapas on beach also. Only drawbacks were the shows that seemed low budget compared to the level of the property. Also, it may be a personal preference but I hated having to go through a waiter to get any drink every single time. You cannot walk up to any bar and there is no poolside bar. Waiters sometimes took too long to get drinks or give a receipt every time. It seemed it was just a way to get tips. Overall though I would visit resort again."
