"Location was convenient. Room was very nice, but definitely not soundproof to the sounds of the bars close by. (Stayed two nights. One night was loud and a bit more party filled by the sounds of it and one other night was more quiet.) Close to beautiful restaurants and shops, just a word of caution that there are sketchy people very close by. (just take precautions and be safe)"

"It is a very nice property and I would normally highly recommend it. However, it is very odd. We had a two-bedroom suite, and there is no door or privacy around the main en-suite toilet. I was told that it was a Swedish design. Well, that is fine for Sweden, not for N. America. I certainly would not have booked it! If they are so proud of it, why don't they announce it or warn guests? Show some pictures of the toilet out in the open, lol. Really shows ignorance. After looking at reviews we certainly found lots of comments like ours. Suggestion..... take some money and invest in some privacy. We would never stay here again or suggest it to anyone. Such a shame as it is such a nice property."

"The staff was friendly and check in was easy. Unfortunately, the AC unit took up most of the window, so I couldn’t really see out very well. Bed was comfortable. There was a slight chemically smell (maybe the cleanser). The location was great and it was easy to walk to everything downtown."

"A very cute, comfortable hotel with a beautiful view of the harbour. The hotel has a restaurant that offers breakfast in the mornings and it was absolutely delicious! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Victoria and is in close proximity to many attractions and sites. The one issue I had with my room is that the bathtub did not drain properly. The water would start to back up when you take a shower and would drain very very slowly. "
