Right downtown, perfect location. Would definitely stay here again. We had problems with the TV and staff were in our room right away and they fixed it. Good pub right downstairs too.

We had a room with a kitchen. It was clean and well-equipped; the rooms were spacious, and there were two balconies. The bedroom was located above a pub, which made it very noisy—when you try to go to sleep, it feels as though you have a crowd of guests in your room, with all the noise, laughter, and music. The hotel is in a great location, with all the main attractions

Loved: The staff were always polite and very helpful. We felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay. Beds were quite comfortable. Location is excellent. Nice view. The original art in the rooms were wonderful to look at. Loved how they worked to keep it authentic with the antique furniture. Recommendations: fix missing slats in the wooden blinds. Clean all windows.

The bed was comfortable - our room was at the front of the hotel over the bar, which could be a little noisy. Having the kitchen was really useful and we had breakfast each morning. The blinds in the front window were broken at the top on the left hand side and needed to be replaced and we couldn’t make the kitchen tap work so had to bring water in from the bathroom. Generally, a good stay and would stay again. Staff were lovely.

The penthouse was well appointed and fantastic venue for a wedding reception with 36 people. Wonder, helpful, courteous staff. We had a great visit - Swan's was awesome!

We spent a week in a Victoria and I would absolutely stay here again. The rooms are fantastic! They were clean, spacious, had great views and the location was perfect. The restaurant attached was great too. Highly recommend.

Great location for restaurants, shopping and beer 🍺. We had a two bedroom two storey condo with full kitchen that sleeps six. Wonderful restaurant in the building as well. No parking is available at the hotel but there is pay parking available one block away.

The property is very unique with some history surrounding the building. Kitchen had everything we needed. King size bed very comfortable. Within walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants. Same block as Fan Tan Alley!

The staff were friendly and helpful in providing suggestions for food and excursions. The room was well equipped, the kitchen had all the basic necessities. The views of the city and harbour were the main attraction.

Perfect, prime location! Right in the heart of downtown. Staff was very friendly and helpful in every way possible. The hotel was a bit older, which we had expected. Room we had was more than enough space to accommodate our family. Our only complaint would be the fact that it was very hot at night. Each room had fans but it was still difficult to sleep at night because of the humidity. And we had no access to opening any of our windows. Other than that, no issues at all during our stay!
