I really enjoyed our stay with my two boys. There happened to be a wonderful family-friendly event during our visit where kids could watch a movie with snacks and drinks provided, play board games, and enjoy simple but fun activity stations. It was such a nice surprise. We also learned that free bike rentals were available, so we borrowed bikes and rode all the way to Beacon Hill Children’s Farm, which was a lot of fun for all of us. The location was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We also loved the late-night snack from LURE — the chicken wings were a hit with the family!

Harbourfront location of hotel was perfect fo us. A bit further away from the downtown and other hotels but the view and convenience of the harbour and boardwalk was amazing. Rooms are large and modern. Restaurant meals were delicious and staff were very courteous and amazingly friendly. Would DEFINITELY choose this hotel again, and highly recommend it!

We recently stayed for two nights at this hotel, having never stayed here before. It was absolutely spotless inside and our room felt spacious and quiet. The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were equally friendly and helpful. I appreciated the convenient location and onsite parking. The coffee shop in the lobby was a perfect first stop! The filtered water station was also appreciated. Most of the tourist sites and shopping areas were walkable (between 10-30 minutes away) and if you want to save time, there is a water taxi as well. I would definitely stay here again!
