"This stay was one of the best I have encountered in terms of customer service and hospitality. When checking in, the front desk associate was very warm, kind and cheerful. He was thorough yet efficient when explaining the parking system, elevator use etc. I appreciated how he asked if I had any questions throughout the check-in process and if there was anything else that he could do for me. The professional service continued when, after seeing me check in, and my hands full with luggage, the valet attendant/concierge had the intuitive sense to walk ahead and open the elevator door and asked what floor my room was. Later on when I came down the lobby to get something to eat at the cocktail lounge, the same associate asked the staff if the kitchen was closed for the night and it was, so we walked outside the entrance and he pointed to several late night options nearby. All with a smile. Our room was very clean, updated and with highend accessories and products. I appreciated the Nespresso machine, crisp bed linens, rainshower head, and even though this may sound trivial, I noticed the hair dryer was wiped down and not ‘oily’ feeling. It says a lot when the cleaning staff wipes down everything, right down to the appliances, There was a little hiccup the next day with our room not yet refreshed when I returned, but the manager was exceptional in this matter. He attended to and resolved the situation quickly, was very gracious and kind, as with all the staff we met. Thank you."
