For adventurers and youngsters there are many activities such as kayak rentals, and boat tours and for those who want to relax there's a small warm water beach to explore or you can watch the lobster boats unload their catch each afternoon during lobster season. Getting Around: Victoria is centrally located on the island - just over 30 minutes to Charlottetown (East), Summerside (West) and Cavendish (North). It is also only 15 minutes to the Confederation bridge for those guests traveling to the island by car or those hoping to visit Halifax, Moncton or other nearby destinations. Other Things to Note: If you arrive late to PEI you may find that not many stores are open so you may want to consider planning ahead.
