"Checkin was a breeze. Room was brand new and sparkling clean. Bed was comfortable and pillows were amazing! For a studio with a full kitchen, there were a few items missing: a frying pan, a baking sheet for the oven, a toaster, a kitchen towel, cloth and pot holders. I have to admit, I didn't ask. The air/heat unit did not work. It read "LC" and blew hot air the entire time. Once again, I did not report it. I just unplugged it when it got too warm and it was comfortable. Checkout was also a breeze and any staff I enountered were very kind, polite and professional. I would definitely stay there again."

"Great location in the historic area of Charlottetown...walking distance to the waterfront and Ebikes, Victoria street shops and Receiver coffee, and vintage shops and bookstores on the Main street. Morning hot breakfast served in the parlors... coffee and water available all day. Room carpet needs spot cleaning. Basilica and bells right out your window..lovely!"

"We had a nice stay. The room was clean and spacious, although I would have preferred a little more natural light coming in. The pool was super warm, which my daughter absolutely loved. The pool area could use a little bit of repair and maintenance, but overall we enjoyed our stay and had a good experience."
