It's in a safe, gated area, conveniently located near various towns and attractions. Levon's recommendations for winter activities were a plus. We extended our stay because we loved it, and the Levon was incredibly accommodating. A fantastic experience!"

"My first impression wasn't good at all...dirty floors, dirty countertops, tables, chairs and fixtures. Microwave oven was disgusting!! Didn't clean or use that! The master bedroom was dirty as well were the sheets and full of sand...automatic indicator of "previously slept-in" sheets. I swept and mopped the whole place! DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY and a distinct odor from neglect! After about 90 minutes of continual cleaning, only then was I satisfied about staying....FYI. Whomever is doing your cleaning...

"The location is amazing, the pictures don’t do it justice. The locals were very nice and friendly members of my group had spoken to lots of people while on the provided boats. Henry was a great host and was very understanding and helpful with special requests with my group. Henry responded quickly and I have nothing negative to say about him or our experience as a whole. We made many great memories on our trip and we hope to visit again! 5 Star Experience!"

"It’s definitely rustic but cozy. We had everything we needed. Large fire pit with lots of chairs for a larger group. It was just my husband and myself at the property so it was quiet and relaxing. Clean and comfortable king size bed. Definitely would return. "

"This place was great, we wanted to do some good fishing over a weekend and this cottage provided just that, with many comforts you would find at home. The nice sized dock allowed lost of space for everone aswell as easy boat parking. The cottage was very clean and the bedrooms were well situated except the front door brought you right into the master bedroom. .The home owner was very quick to respond and was always very helpful.
