It includes 4 spacious bedrooms and two large living areas plus expansive decking at the front to enjoy the view from. Just a short walk to the Franklin Parade Yilki shops precinct for your morning coffee or dinner out at one of several eateries, this beautifully styled home is as relaxed as you can get. With floorboards throughout to allow for sand to be easily vacuumed up, this is the family friendly beach escape that will suit all ages. The walk/bike track is right out the front which can take you into Victor Harbor central or perhaps the other direction to The Bluff. The boat ramp is just a one minute drive and Victor Harbor Golf Club which offers meals and a stunning view, is only 5 minutes away too. The house itself offers 3 bedrooms at the front of the house along with two bathrooms and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area. At the rear of the home you’ll find another huge living space with pool table, more couches and second tv. The fourth bedroom is also located at the rear. See floor plan for more info. There is expansive decking at the front for outdoor entertaining along with a bbq. Free unlimited wifi is included along with bed linen, bathroom towels and tea towels so you can arrive to a home that has the beds made for you and all set for you to unpack the car and start enjoying your holiday. You will just need to bring your own beach towels with you or we can provide for an additional $30 ( total for up to 6 ) Bedroom 4 will be locked if there are fewer than 5 guests staying. If you need four bedrooms with four guests then an additional charge of $40 per night, will be charged. \*Strictly no parties and no smoking anywhere on the property. Fines will apply for non compliance with this. Sorry no pets \*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Sorry, Saltys is no longer pet friendly after this privilege was abused too often by previous guests. Bedroom four is locked if less than five guests are staying. For security purposes, photo ID will be requested before you stay. No smoking No parties or events Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. Long lazy breakfast on the deck watching the day wake up before heading to Red Hot Summer Concert in the afternoon. The Saturday morning 8am Park Runners made great entertainment and it would be an ideal location to stay if ticking off "V" on your Park Run journey. The house is a modernised old style home, with very large entertaining areas. The ladies sipped wine and watched the sunset while the boys played pool on the billiard table. 3 very comfortable queen bedrooms but our 4th couple drew the short straw (literally) and got the bunk room. New bathrooms were great but we couldn't find the second toilet on the first night. It's in the laundry outside which was fine once we located it. Perfect for 3 couples and some singles or children.
