Bathed in light, the apartment boasts contemporary decor, uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains, and access to the residence's private swimming pool. The interior comprises Living room: \- Beautiful, spacious and bright living room with sitting area (TV), dining area and fully equipped open kitchen (utensils, crockery, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hob, dishwasher). \- Direct access to the sun terrace with panoramic views of the lake and pool. Sleeping area: \- Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200), desk, storage cupboard and direct access to terrace with lake view. \- Bedroom 2: single bed that folds out into a comfortable double bed, storage space. \- Modern shower room with double washbasin. \- Separate WC. Outside: \- Sunny terrace with uninterrupted views of the lake and swimming pool. \- Private swimming pool at the residence, unheated, open from July 1 to September 4, equipped with deck chairs and offering breathtaking views \- Bicycle garage. \- Secure residence. Transport : \- The regular SIBRA 20 bus line, with a stop opposite the flat, provides easy access to Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). \- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 40 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. \- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
