Bathed in light, the apartment boasts contemporary decor, uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains, and access to the residence's private swimming pool. The interior comprises Living room: \- Beautiful, spacious and bright living room with sitting area (TV), dining area and fully equipped open kitchen (utensils, crockery, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hob, dishwasher). \- Direct access to the sun terrace with panoramic views of the lake and pool. Sleeping area: \- Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200), desk, storage cupboard and direct access to terrace with lake view. \- Bedroom 2: single bed that folds out into a comfortable double bed, storage space. \- Modern shower room with double washbasin. \- Separate WC. Outside: \- Sunny terrace with uninterrupted views of the lake and swimming pool. \- Private swimming pool of the residence, not heated, open from 1ᵉʳ July to 04 September, equipped with deckchairs and offering a breathtaking view. \- Bicycle garage. \- Secure residence.
