"Superb location. Not far from main underground parking. Lake is so close. I love the moderness of the apartment. This is perfect for one or two people. Very cozy very clean very comfortable. I come to this town two to three times a year and I'll check here about renting again."

"Très bien pour un weekend à 4. Proche du centre et du lac. On peu tout faire à pied "

"Very central location in the old town but still very peaceful in the apartment itself! Appreciated that there were 2 fans in the property and these were already on when I arrived! That was a lovely touch and very appreciated during a very warm period!! "

"Location idéal , décoré avec goût, emplacement proche d'Annecy mais au calme en pleine campagne. Très appréciable ."

"...a nice Appartment near the old town, cosy and clean!!"

"You are stepping into a post card when you enter this authentic apartment. The views out of the windows are best enjoyed in person, as you overlook directly onto the bridge and canals that appear on the covers of Travel Guides. The billiard table was a fun novelty, and I enjoyed playing pool with my family! The...

"Tutto ok Sono stato una sola notte. nell'appartamento più in basso. Ci sono scale esterne, ma ampie e non troppo alte per raggiungere l'ingresso. David è cordiale e simpatico. La zona è silenziosa e tranquilla."

Large windows without a barrier , if you have kids be careful as they can jump out or as they say in the apartment “if you open the window, birds can fly in.” All instructions by the property is in French, be prepared to use your...

"The apartment was in a great location in the center of everything Annecy. As we anticipated, parking was quite difficult until we could better understand the location and pricing on nearby parking lots. This also made the remote check-in and unloading our luggage upon arrival quite difficult. The apartment, while small, is well appointed and was a great home base for us. Pack earplugs, as you're in the middle of it all! Thanks for a great stay!"

"Great location. 5 minute walk to all the fun stuff."
