Just a short stroll from the shops and the lake, it enjoys a privileged location and a beautiful view over the turquoise waters of Lake Annecy. Tastefully renovated in 2025, it combines modern comforts with a warm atmosphere, perfect for a couple or a family break. The flat comprises \- Bright living room with fitted kitchen and dining area for 4 people. \- Living room with sofa, television and access to balcony with lake views. \- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, storage space and access to balcony. \- Shower room with WC and washbasin. \- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine (opening onto the living room): one double bed. Outside : \- Double balcony overlooking the lake. The flat does not have private parking. You can park on the street (blue zones) or in the school's underground car park (blue zones). Additional facilities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available on request. Nearby amenities: The flat is ideally located in the heart of Veyrier du Lac, 8 minutes' walk from the lake. \- Cycle path along the lake 2 minutes away. \- Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 2 minutes' walk away.
