Des Weiteren konnte die Heizung nicht reguliert werden, obwohl sie auf Null stand, waren die Heizkörper warm und die Zimmertemperatur lag morgens bei 23 Grad -viel zu warm! Der Backofen war in einem gefährlich kaputten Zustand und die Steckdose und das Licht in der Küchenzeile sollten nicht genutzt werden.
