Rien à redire sur le chalet! La situation Est-Sud est parfaite pour apprécier le petit déjeuner au soleil le matin. Et sa situation isolée au bout de la route permet d'être ouvert vers le paysage et le barrage sans vis à vis, parfait! Le poêle est un vrai plus , très agréable et qui chauffe vraiment! L'arrivée au chalet depuis la piste est possible, le départ plus difficile mais faisable. La literie est bonne. c'est la prestation de l'agence qui est à revoir! Lors de la location il n'est nullement précisé que le chalet n'est pas accessible facilement en hiver! D'autre part, l'agence est à Veyzonnaz et non à Thyon, le système de boite à clefs devrait être généralisé, par contre le plan d'accès et de localisation du chalet doit être précis, ce qui n'est absolument pas le cas! le plan fournis situe le chalet à environ 1km de son emplacement! Heureusement nous avons pu avoir quelqu'un par téléphone pour nous guider. Il serait intéressant de signaler que l'arrivée est plus facile de jour (pas d'éclairage public). Le plus important, nous avions loué ce chalet pour le jacuzzi et il n'était pas en fonction à notre arrivée. La mise en service a été faite après 4 passages de concierge, techniciens et spécialistes à 8h du matin! nous n'avons pu en profiter que 2 soirs! L'agence nous a concédé une ristourne, cependant cela n'est vraiment pas professionnel! Lors de la réservation du chalet, la location des draps et le manage n'était pas facturé, c'est une surprise de 300€ supplémentaire! Il manquait dans la chambre du bas 2 couettes sur le lit 2 places, comme nous avions apporté la notre ça n'a donc pas posé de problèmes, mais il serait bien de vérifier !
