"The hotel was good, the staff was nice, although the wifi was not great and it is very far from Amsterdam. You have to take a train or bus that is 8 euro one way, and then metro or tram, which is 3.4 euro one way."

"The cottage was all that we hoped for and more. Located in private setting in a lovely area. It was very clean, the kitchen was well-equipped and overall the cottage was very comfortable. Communication with the host Marjan was clear and responses were prompt. We would definitely re-book this property if we find ourselves in the Amsterdam area again."

"Hidden costs and zero support. The hotel is okay, and the location is good, but the booking experience was a nightmare. Hotels.com showed an incorrect price, and I ended up paying more at check-in. Don't expect any help from their team, they never answer emails. Save yourself the headache and the money, book elsewhere."

"The hotel was fine for us, and though we couldn't check in early, we were able to use the Wifi while we waited in the lobby, and they securely stored our bags for us. The room was clean enough, but unfortunately the fridge was unplugged so unusable and the toilet seat was loose. I mentioned both issues to the reception at check out and assume they will be fixed. :) The staff we interacted with was helpful."
