My room was very nice, perfectly clean (apart from the shower which could have been a little better) and had a very comfortable bed. "Although I have only used it as a "base camp" for coastal explorations, it has great location outside the busy areas of Newquay - but still close to the coastline, with lovely ocean view from the room I succeeded to book earlier this year. Breakfast starts at 07:30, with a considerable menu of cooked options, too - so it is ideal for early risers looking to depart for their trekking. Overflow car park at the back helps, too in case the spaces in the front are taken. "
